Always wanted to try a steam inhalation but never sure how much or what essential oils to try? Our mini bombs are self-contained doses to help alleviate that issue for you.  Soothing, cooling, respiratory supporting essential oils in this blend are unmatched in helping to clear congestion and allowing you to breathe easier plus a few additional oils that will help your body ward off seasonal threats going around.  Available in adult friendly or kid/pregnancy friendly varieties.

6 tablets (doses) per package

To use: Fill large, heat-safe bowl with 6-8 cups of very warm water (be careful not to burn yourself!).  Add one tablet to bowl and allow to fizz and dissolve oils.  Once done fizzing, close eyes and bend head over the bowl, inhaling steam deeply through nose and/or mouth as able to.  Drape towel over head to help keep steam focused.  Do not open eyes while directly over bowl.  Take breaks as needed to blow nose or cough.  Breathe in vapors for approximately 5-10 minutes at a time.  A second person can use the same bowl if it is still warm and steamy after the first, but do not reheat the water in the bowl as it will cause the essential oils to be far less effective.  Dispose of water down the drain when done. Use up to twice a day as desired.  If needed for more than 3-5 days in a row, please consult your physician.

Do not use for children under the age of two. Use only with adult supervision.
