DIY Sugar Scrub Base

Looking for a DIY bar addition to your line?  This is our base just without the sugar/salt added.  Add scent, your favorite exfoliant, and color as desired.  Makes approximately 80 oz (10 of our normal size sugar scrubs) when you add about 12 cups of exfoliant (sugar or salt).
